Enduser Warranties
ALL BUYERS PLEASE READ THESE TERMS THOROUGHLY.

1. For the domestic consumer enduser market, ninety (90) day parts and labor warranties are available, and will be issued on signed agreements and contracts for equipment purchases. {Please inquire about pricing and availaibility of longer warranties and service contracts.}

2. This warranty is superceded only by a specific warranty on a sales contract or agreement signed by a valid representative of Integrity Medical. If you do not have a signed warranty or service contract with your purchase, please be aware that you do not have a warranty.

3. All parts and labor warranties must state the date of inception, which will be the date the equipment was received by the customer. All sales are effective as of the date the equipment is shipped from Integrity Medical's premises or its designated shipping point of origin.

4. Our warranties are good only for the original buyer, and are not transferrable to any third parties, separate business entities or subsidiaries represented by the buyer, or subsequent buyers.

5. All payments and/or applicable taxes must be made in full for warranty to remain in effect.

6. All warrantied service must be performed by parties appointed or approved by Integrity Medical.

7. Broken or damaged parts must be returned to Integrity Medical; no parts will be replaced under warranty unless they are returned first.

8. Violation of any of these requirements may void your warranty and any guarantee you received with your machine.

BROKER/RESALE BUYERS

1. For brokers and resale buyers, all equipment is sold "as is/where is," unless otherwise stated. This warranty is superceded ony by a specifc warranty on a sales contract or agreement signed by a valid representative of Integrity Medical. If you do not have a signed warranty or service contract with your purchase you do not have a warranty.

2. Brokers/resale buyers will be defined as buyers acquiring equipment, products or services from Integrity Medical for resale, trade, export or transfer to any third parties, separate business entities, or subsequent buyers/users. A broker will further be defined as any person acting as an agent for a third party or otherwise negotiating contracts or buying and selling goods and services. Any buyer will be classified as a Broker/Resale buyer who is not actively engaged in the ultimate use of the equipment after purchase from Integrity Medical.

3. Inspection: Integrity Medical offers to all its customers the opportunity to inspect equipment prior to purchase and/or shipment of equipment. Broker/Resale buyers without warranties are strongly urged to inspect. If broker/resale buyers do not exercise their option to inspect equipment prior to purchase and shipment, the equipment is effectively accepted without inspection and at the buyer's own risk.

4. Any statements as to the condition and functionality of a piece of equipment will be valid only up until the point in time when said equipment leaves the premises of Integrity Medical or its designated shipping point of origin.

5. Integrity Medical assumes no responsibility for damage to equipment incurred during shipping.

6. Integrity Medical assumes no responsibility and makes no warranties regarding functionality, servicability, or fitness for use of a piece of equipment outside of the continental United States.

ALL CUSTOMERS

Integrity Medical makes no warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose and including warranties arising from course of performance, course of dealing, usage of trade or samples previously supplied. Integrity Medical makes no guarantees, warranties or promises regarding product availability, delivery scheduling, patient scheduling, or availability and scheduling of installation or repair services. Integrity Medical makes no guarantees, warranties or promises of profitability, patient throughput, patient reimbursements, or ability to comply with any applicable federal guidelines. Information obtained from Integrity Medical, its website or its representative or employees should not be used in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions, the treatment of patients or the operation of any medical and/or business facility. If you have a seventeen inch monitor and can't see the navigation buttons, please do the following:

1) Change the resolution of your monitor settings. For windows users, settings can be found under "My Computer". You will find several monitor settings available to choose from in a pull-down menu. Choose the one that works best for you. This is a common problem with windows users. The computer does not have the correct monitor settings, but this is simple to correct, and will give you better graphical image resolution.

2) Change your browser (Netscape, Internet Explorer) settings. Font sizes should be set to around size nine. Larger font sizes will expand the size of your web page. Look at your preferences to adjust these settings. You can always set these preferences back to what you had, so try changing these settings until you have found the best possible settings that work for your computer. Extra viewing space can be recovered by hiding unneeded browser controls. In Netscape look under the "Options" menu and deselect settings with a check before them.

  • Enter the criteria that you wish to search on in the box and press the Go button.The search engine will search through Equipment for Sale and Equipment Wanted and return all records which match. You may search for the reference number, Model, Manufacturer, or description.

HOME

  • An introduction to Integrity Medical Systems. Mouse click Icons to link to equipment for sale.

EQUIPMENT FOR SALE

  • Descriptions and graphic images of equipment for sale. Mouse click on the small box to the right of each equipment description to add it to your shopping basket. Any items that you select will be saved in your personal shopping basket when you click on the "Next, Previous, or check-out button" Hit the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the page and a new page will return with those items you checked, along with a place for you to enter additional information. Mouse click the "Send" button, and your inquiries are sent to us at Integrity Medical.After you "Send" your shopping basket will be empty.
